To request deletion of your RiskB account and data, submit this form with the subject “riskB account deletion” (pre-filled below).
We will delete your RiskB account, profile, and associated support email and chat history within 30 days of verifying your request. We’ll first reply to the email address on your account to confirm the request before deleting anything.
Limited records — such as security and fraud-prevention logs — may be retained for up to 90 days, and billing records are retained as required by law. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation.
